How to tracking mine parcel?

After our staff update your order status as : Shipped

That mean your stock had been sent out via Poslaju.

You may log in to your account and track your parcel status after 6:00pm.

Normally the parcel sent out by Today, the next day you can get your parcel. However, our company can't guarantee, because Citylink/Poslaju operation is not within our company control.

You may obtained the parcel tracking number via Account Info/Email, kindly login to http://www.poslaju.com.my/track.aspx key in the parcel number to track your shipment.

How to make Payment?

Beneficiary Account Number:-

**Order will be void if no payment is made within 7 days from the date of order.

**Transaction will be processed only upon receipt of payment.
**Goods are not returnable and order cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

How to inform us you had made the payment?


Bank Transfers

Kindly email to our sales department at sales@oslee.com.my with attached proof of payment as well as the following information:

  1. Name and Order Number
  2. Request code and Date
  3. Total Amount
  4. Bank name

Online Auto Banking

Kindly please forward the auto generated mail sent by Bank to our sales department at sales@oslee.com.my with additional information such as:

  1. Name and Order Number
  2. Remark in your Bank Recipient Reference Order Number
